Nikau palm, is a tall native tree that grows in New Zealand,which has a rough brown trunk with spiky green leaves only growing out of the top. ↖
This is only 1 sentence of my Nikau palm description.
My class had to go to our school garden and look at our Nikau palm,
Some of us did not know what a Nikau was!
We had to draw how it looked and name parts of the tree.
We soon had all the information to write our story.
