Letter to Ally

We have been reading the book fish in a tree. As part of the activities we are doing around the book we had to write a letter to Ally and give her some advice. Here is my letter.

Dear Ally

I am Molly and I hope that you will read my whole letter.

I think that you should trust your new teacher and tell him the truth. Then he might read the words for books and things out loud to you. He also might be able to teach you. Why don’t you turn over a new leaf.

Have you thought of maybe talking to your mum about your problems? I know you think she doesn’t care but really she does.

I hope you take my advice and talk to someone.

Fish in a tree - About Ally

This term my class s reading the book fish in a tree. So far we are on chapter 6 and have  a good idea of the book and all the characters. The book is about a girl could Ally and she does't really fit in. I have made a drawing of words that describe Ally as well as an avatar which I believe looks like her.

Yesterday during lunch, everything was normal until the fire alarm went off. They found that the alarm was set off in Rata 3. There was no fire so everything was ok but the fire men came.  My school was well prepared so if there was actually a fire then everyone would probably get out.
