Scavenger hunt

 Today as part of te reo Maori week we did a scavenger hunt. We went around the school looking for letters to put on the piece of paper.  They had a pacific order with each letter having a number. I was in a group with Aoife and Ruby and it was good fun.

These are just a few questions from this weeks work book.

Tickets for the hall of mirrors cost $4.99. Three
friends buy tickets. What is the total cost? $14.97

Tickets for the big wheel cost $5.20, and tickets for the
ghost train cost $3.79. How much more does it cost to go on
the big wheel than the ghost train? $1.41

Tickets for the dodgems cost $6.60 for adults and $3.79
for children. How much will one adult and one child pay

The Amazing Race

This term we have been doing interchange. In T2 we were doing the
amazing race. We had to study the 6 of the continents not including
Antarctica. Fro each of the continents we had to choose a country and
a city. After all that we made a drawing of each of those cities and
include the flag, Population and climate here are three.
