  1. Hi Molly

You have come up with some really good questions to ask Sir Edmund Hillary. He really is a great New Zealander. Imagine if you went into your wallet and pulled out some money with your own face on it!
Quite an honour being on the five dollar note.
It would have taken a massive effort to climb Mount Everest it would be great if you were able to ask him all of those questions. I would love to know exactly what his thoughts are.
You have clearly put a lot of thought into your questions. Well done Molly.
Mmmmm pikelets!! I love pikelets. I make them all the time. In fact I make them so often that I don't even need the recipe anymore. I can just tip all the ingredients into the bowl and make them.
Have you made them before? I like them with butter and jam! What do you like to have on them?
    Great choice Molly!
I like the look of the hotel that you would build. We have plenty of trees in Greymouth for you to do this. You could call it the Tree house Retreat! I would like to stay there. I can just imagine waking up in the morning with the sound of the birds in the trees. It would be awesome. And then during the day imagine the noise of the Cicadas. It would be deafening. I am sitting outside on my deck writing this comment to you and the noise from the Cicadas is incredible. There must be so many of them in the trees.

Another great presentation of your work Molly. You are doing a great job.Keep it up!

    Until next time

    Allie :)

  2. Hi Allie

I do make pikelets, but I still need the recipe. Normally on my pikelets I like to have raspberry jam, cream or maple syrup. Tree house retreat great name. But I would probable change the a in to an e so that the word tree is in retreat.
    Bye
    Molly
