Fort kick start

 For this activity I had to put up a tent or create a fort. I decided to create a fort.

Picnic - Step it up

 I have chosen Blueberry muffins because I just had them on my picnic and they were so good.

Picnic kick start

 It was far to wet and rainy to have a picnic so I decided to have mine indoors. My first step was to make some food for the picnic. I made some banana and blueberry muffins. Next I packed the bag, got the picnic blanket and some cushions. Next set them out and had the picnic. Below are some photos.

So for this activity we had to make a google earth map which I haven't done before. I have made google my maps in the past though.

 For this activity we ccould choose option A or Option B to put all the places on a map.

Step it up

 I got inspired because this is what summer is for me there are those beautiful flowers, the heat, the sunburn, the ice cream and the fruit.

Summer Collage

 I decided not to make my collage in a table because I wanted mine to have a bit of overlapping. I chose these images because to me they all relate to summer. The hat because you should wear one in the summer, the flowers because you see the prettiest flowers in the summer. The sea because the heat drags everyone there, the sunglasses protect your eyes in the summer and other seasons but mostly summer. 

Which face is real?

 

For the SLJ on Friday we had to have a look on a site which shows one computer made person and one real person. You have to see if you can guess the real person although there are clues that might lead you in the right direction. I did pretty good when I was trying to work out which was which. I did a few more than 10 so I lost count of how many I got right. If you want to try press here for the link. I also did the step it up where I had to show you one of the three ways to reverse image search. 

Happy New year

For this activity we had to make a poster saying happy new year in 5 different languages. I technically did 6 because English is a language.

My whanau all know how to say happy new year in German.

For the step it up a did a video on me saying happy new year in 10 languages. I wasn't sure how many I had done and ended up doing 13. Hope you enjoy and learn something.

Origami Butterfly

 For the SLJ today I did an easy Origami butterfly that you can make. I have done one of these before so it was an easy go to when I read what I had to do.
