This is a great summer poem! I really like that you’ve used so many great adjectives to describe the heat of the sun. I also really like that you’ve included so many summer activities, like eating ice cream and fresh fruit! That sounds like a great summer's day to me!
Well done for stepping it up and creating such an awesome DLO! I think the artwork of flowers and fruit add so much colour and character to your poem! Are bananas and cherries your favourite summer fruit? Mine are raspberries and grapes!

No my favourite fruit is not bananas and cherries. I also like raspberries so they are one of my favourite and the other would be mangoes. Cherry's are up there though.
