How was your weekend? Did you get up to anything fun?
This is a really nice poster of a whakataukī. What was it about this proverb that you liked? What do you think this means?
I really like how you presented this post Molly! Having both the Māori and English translations was a really good idea. I also liked how you added the photo!
Wow cool Molly! How did you do? What's your favourite stroke? Maybe you could do a post on your blog about the swimming meet, since you have finished the slj.
I used to do lots of swimming competitions when I was younger. Now I work as a swimming instructor teaching other kids how to swim! :)
You seem to enjoy blogging, I think you could have lots of fun posting about things you are interested in. You could even do some research into topics you are interested in and post about them.
I also like freestyle and breast stroke best! I teach right from babies (who are 6 months old) to the competitive swimmers :)
Morning Molly!

Really nice work!

Hey Molly,
DeleteDid you compete in the swim meet or were you watching?
I love your understanding of this whakatauki! Linking it to birds laying eggs makes perfect sense and was very clever!
Nice work Molly!
