Today I made the cup and saucer with string. 2 years ago this was very popular and everybody was carrying around a piece of string. I haven't done this for a while so I had a quick look at the video for a refresher. I thought this was a fun activity.

It’s so interesting that this was popular at school a couple of years ago. I remember lots of trends throughout my school years - these included tamagotchis, tech decks and Scoubidou string! What have been trends at our school? I find them so fascinating!

The trends at my school have been fidget spinners, strings, scrunchies, fidget cubes. I am sure that there have been a lot more that I have forgotten. What was your favourite trend?
