Great work on the sundial activity, I’ve really enjoyed seeing what you and the other students have made this summer. You’ve explained how the sundial works and how you made it quite well too, the sundial is a really interesting piece of technology that is really simple in design but clever in its use.
It’s really interesting to learn about how people in the past did things and how their lives differed from ours.
No, I didn't know it was that old, I quite like history and knew that the Romans and Greeks had it 3,000 years ago but didn't know it was way older than that. Did you know the Romans and other cultures developed water-powered clocks that could even count and display the minutes and seconds?
Yes I've got some plans this summer, I'm going to be helping out and running games for my Church's summer camp in a few weeks while still jumping online occasionally to comment on amazing blog posts. Thanks for asking.
That's awesome to hear you going to nelson and learning really important skills, hope you do well and have loads of fun at Kiakoura too.

Hey Daniel
DeleteNo I didn't know that. That is quite amazing, How many years ago do you think that would of been?
That sounds fun, what sorts of games will you be running?
