For the SLJ we had to make a video of us saying some of the greetings we learnt. From the slide below.

  1. Hello again Molly, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey team.

Well done for stepping it up and making a video of your pronunciations!

I notice you have linked to your Google File in your blog post, well done. Eye-catching blog posts include something to look at or listen to!

Unfortunately the link you have included takes me to my own Google Drive files, so I can’t see it! I recommend you try again with embedding your video in your blog post, so I can give you some points for stepping it up.

Click here to see how to do this.

I’ll check back later to see how you get on!

    Ngā mihi,
    Elle (SLJ)

    1. Hey Elle

I have fixed the link and hopefully you will give me points now. I am not sure if this is the right one. Hopefully it is. Thanks for your comment,

      Molly :-)

    2. Kia ora Molly,

Thank you for letting me know! Ka pai, I can now see your video and you have done a wonderful job with your pronunciations! You have spoken loudly and clearly, and you’re a natural in front of a camera.

What was your favourite part about this activity? I think it is so important to practice speaking in te reo Māori, and I’m thoroughly enjoying seeing everybody learning and sharing!

Well done again for stepping it up and doing such a great job!

Ngā mihi nui and I look forward to seeing more of your blog posts this summer!

      -Elle (SLJ)
