It’s Renee from the Summer Learning Journey Team, here. I really enjoyed reading this blogpost and learning how to play Poi Rakau. Were you aware of this game before this activity? Have you ever played Poi Rakau before? I like this game because it is quite simple to pick-up but also fast and exciting when played. I also like that you have the choice of making the circle of players larger or smaller depending on how hard or easy the group would like to make the game.
What other games do you like to play outside during the summer? I like to play with a frisbee on the beach. I also played lawn bowls one time this summer and that was a lot of fun too.
